The AI generated correspondence is provided in rough draft form only, and is not a substitute for a document written and reviewed by a medical professional. Ensure you review the information provided and make any necessary adjustments as required before distributing.

Patient Confidentiality
MedNotes does not store or upload any identifying patient details to the cloud. However, the text generated and edited through our service may include confidential and sensitive patient information. While you have the ability to copy or email this text, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is handled in compliance with all relevant data protection laws. This includes confirming that any systems or third parties that receive this information from you maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data. MedNotes is not responsible for any breach of privacy or data that occurs once the information has been transferred from our system.
